  • Can be powered by a data line, with a voltage range of 3.0 to 5.5V.
  • Negative pressure characteristic, including a parasitic power source.
  • Programmable resolution from 9 to 12 bits, corresponding to temperature resolutions of 0.5℃, 0.25℃, 0.125℃, and 0.0625℃, respectively.
  • Contains a 64-bit laser-calibrated read-only memory (ROM).
  • Compatible with various microcontrollers or systems.
  • Users can set upper and lower temperature limits for each channel.
  • Each chip has a unique code supporting network addressing and zero-power standby.
