This embedded installation type can be integrated or buried within walls, equipment bases, warehouse foundations, and other internal structures. Made from stainless steel, it boasts an elegant appearance, flexible structure, strong pressure resistance, and easy installation. The sensor base has a reserved wiring port that links with a conduit, allowing for wiring and base installation during construction, and the embedded platinum resistance temperature sensor can be installed during commissioning.

Accuracy and Grade:

  • A: ±(0.15+0.002t)
  • 1/3DIN: ±(0.1+0.0017t)
  • 1/10DIN: ±(0.03+0.0005t)

Allowed resistance deviation at 0°C:

  • A: ±0.06Ω
  • 1/3DIN: ±0.04Ω
  • 1/10DIN: ±0.01Ω

Structure of the Embedded Platinum Resistance Temperature Sensor:

  • Two-wire system: The output value of the sensor is composed of the resistance change of the sensor and the resistance value of the connecting wire. Due to the additional error brought by the wire resistance, the actual measured value is higher, suitable for occasions with low precision requirements, and the wire length should not be too long.

  • Three-wire system: The three-wire system greatly reduces the additional error caused by the wire resistance and is generally used in industrial applications.

  • Four-wire system: When measuring very small resistance values, the resistance of the test wires may introduce significant errors. The four-wire measurement uses two additional test wires to provide a constant current, while the other two test wires measure the voltage drop across the unknown resistance. If the input impedance of the voltmeter is high enough, the current almost does not flow through the voltmeter, thus allowing precise measurement of the voltage drop across the unknown resistance and calculation of its value.

Note: The embedded platinum resistance temperature sensor can be designed according to the installation environment. Inquiries are welcome!
